Before you get a puppy, it will already have its first round of vaccinations, de-worming, and of course, a puppy kit with a few different supplies to get you started.

Baxter Family Pugs
Baxter Family Pugs are located in Checotah, Oklahoma. They are a small family kennel that breeds purebred Pugs that are registered with the American Kennel Club as well as the ACA.
All of their puppies that are born stay in the Nursery with their dog mom and their human mom. They get full care and even frequent vet check-ups to make sure they are coming along like they are supposed to.

Locate a Pug Rescue
Rescuing a dog is a great option when you can’t afford a puppy from a breeder. There are many dogs who are in rescues that need a good home to go to.
One pug rescue I was able to find is the Mid Atlantic Pug Rescue, they have a variety of different colored pups in a variety of different states that are looking for a home.
Their goal is to find loving homes for their rescues to live in. When you get a dog from a rescue it will most likely be an older dog that may have some sort of health condition.
